JIL55 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

Welcome to JIL55. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and JIL55 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your use of the JIL55 website located at jil55.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features available through the platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JIL55 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use JIL55.

To register and play at JIL55, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JIL55 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under 18. We take underage gambling seriously and will verify age when required.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a JIL55 employee or business partner.
• You must not be self-excluded from the JIL55 platform or any associated gaming network.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

JIL55 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one JIL55 account. Multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If JIL55 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited after investigation.

When registering at JIL55, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. JIL55 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

Your account credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — are confidential. You must not share them with any third party. JIL55 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact JIL55 support immediately.

JIL55 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance within it to another person.

JIL55 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount at JIL55 is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard accounts, though JIL55 reserves the right to apply limits to specific payment methods or accounts at its discretion.

Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. JIL55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit suspected to have originated from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be flagged for investigation and the funds held pending verification.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). JIL55 does not accept foreign currency deposits. All amounts displayed on the JIL55 platform are in PHP.

Withdrawal requests at JIL55 are processed as quickly as possible — GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your JIL55 account. JIL55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, JIL55 may request identity verification documents in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. These may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. This is standard practice for licensed online gaming platforms and is intended to protect you as much as it is to comply with regulations.

• Withdrawal requests placed while a bonus is active may be subject to the applicable wagering requirements before processing can begin.
• JIL55 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security checks. You will be notified if this applies to your request.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation, JIL55 may withhold withdrawals and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• JIL55 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

JIL55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time each offer is made. The general principles below apply to all JIL55 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly with each bonus offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games at JIL55 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a different rate — this is specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, there may be a maximum single bet limit applicable. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: JIL55 members may only have one active bonus at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: JIL55 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses if there is evidence of systematic abuse, exploitation of bonus structures, or breach of these Terms.

All games available at JIL55 are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Bets placed at JIL55 are final once confirmed. JIL55 does not accept requests to cancel or void a bet that has been confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where a technical error is identified and JIL55 determines, at its sole discretion, that the bet should be voided.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or live dealer session, JIL55's system will record the last confirmed game state. Bets that were placed and confirmed before the disconnection will stand. JIL55 is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

Malfunction of any game software at JIL55 voids all associated bets and plays. Any winnings generated from a game malfunction are not payable and will be reversed upon investigation.

JIL55 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the JIL55 platform
• Exploiting known software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games
• Chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of result manipulation in multiplayer games
• Using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or exploit referral programs fraudulently
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification

JIL55 uses advanced monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and account behaviour. All accounts flagged by these systems are subject to manual review. JIL55's decisions regarding fair play violations are final.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the JIL55 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any JIL55 content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from JIL55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JIL55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the JIL55 platform.

JIL55 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While JIL55 makes every effort to maintain platform uptime and security, temporary outages for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control may occur.

JIL55's total liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JIL55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity
• Detection of duplicate accounts or false registration information
• Use of automated tools, bots, or any form of cheating
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims filed with payment providers
• Any conduct that JIL55 reasonably considers harmful to other players, the platform, or JIL55's reputation

If your account is closed for a Terms violation, any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Any genuine real-money deposits not subject to an active dispute may be returned after investigation, at JIL55's sole discretion.

You may voluntarily close your JIL55 account at any time by contacting support@jil55.net. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is finalised.

JIL55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the JIL55 platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the JIL55 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using JIL55 and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through JIL55's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

JIL55 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The platform's operations are subject to oversight by the relevant licensing authority, and JIL55 cooperates fully with all regulatory enquiries.
